You hear people talking about shifting left all the time these days. But what do they really mean, and should anyone care? Will it save time, money, effort?
This is an issue that is near and dear to my heart and anyone who knows me has heard me talk about it. To some degree this is because so many people get this wrong. This term is used as casually as “exponentially xxx” with just as little accuracy.
